In Amsterdam West thousands of gardens are hidden between houses. Maybe you are passing them every day without knowing they are there….

Some of them have been a quiet inner courtyard for a hundred years, some on top of busy shops, others on the roofs of houseboats. There are worm hotels, frog ponds, composting spots and bird spots, everybody is welcome.

First edition was a great success and held in June 2018. Hundreds of visitors enjoyed the special gardens, the relaxed atmosphere and the wonderful weather. We have planning even more gardens for the second edition 8 June 2019. View all garden locations .
