Vegetation proposal for replacing tiled corners with perennial borders, preventing illegal car parking on these spots. Part of the renovation of the streets of Geuzenveld, in New West district in Amsterdam was the proposal of vegetation in several corners and public streets. One more main functions of the replacing the grey tiles with green scheme is to reduce and slow down surface-water runoff.

The green renovation is designed as part of a wider strategy to reduce the amount of rainwater that stays on the surface of the street.
